Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Accounts are issued to individuals, not shared across staff. Facility administrators control roles and access.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access records belonging to facilities you are not authorised for, probe or bypass security controls, upload unlawful content, or resell access to the platform.
Not veterinary advice
Equisense AI is a record-keeping and coordination tool. AI briefings, telemetry trends and scheduling suggestions are informational only and must not replace the judgement of a licensed veterinarian or farrier. Clinical decisions remain yours.
Your data
You retain ownership of the records you enter. We process them as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, back up and display those records to authorised users.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Offline mode queues changes locally and syncs when connectivity returns; keep independent records where regulation requires it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will note the revision date above. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
