What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone, role), the facility you belong to, and the operational records you enter: horse profiles, tasks, calendar events, clinical care incidents, medical scans and breeding contracts. Voice notes are transcribed to text and stored as care records.
How we use it
Solely to operate the platform for your facility: showing your team the right records, sending notification and authentication emails, and generating the AI operations briefing. We do not sell personal data or use your records to advertise.
Who can see your data
Records are isolated per facility with row-level security. Other facilities only see your data when an administrator creates an explicit sharing agreement, and that agreement can be revoked at any time from Settings.
Processors
We use third-party providers for hosting and database storage, transactional email delivery, and AI transcription and summarisation. They process data only on our instructions.
Retention and your rights
Records are retained while your account is active. You can view and correct your account details in Settings, and request export or deletion of your data by emailing us. Deleting a user account removes its profile and role assignments; facility records remain with the facility.
